BarreFusion LIFT

We’ve introduced heavier weights to our signature Barre Fusion class, and we’re loving the results! You choose a weighted bar ranging from 6lbs-24lbs (we suggest 9lbs to start) and we breakdown weight lifting movements and build them into series that get you a total body fat burn. We work the entire body over the whole class with large movements mixed with some smaller pulses, we’ll take it to platforms for some elevation work in the middle, and then hit the floor with about 15 minutes left. With some unexpected cardio added in, this low impact, weights based class is great for all levels.

Not feeling the weight, but love the class? You can always drop the bar, we’re here to help you build strength and sometimes that starts with just taking the first step. Please wear sneakers and bring water for this class.
