Barre Fusion’s low impact cardio section combined with a barre sculpt section to get your heart rate up and your muscles engaged. The catch? You wear ankle weights the entire class and hold hand weights for the first 25 minutes.
We continue our focus of large body movements with the added weights to build strength and tone those large, superficial muscles while we tone from the inside with our smaller, pulsing movements. The choreography allows for high cardio levels, without the impact of jumping or running.
This class is perfect for those needing cardio and weight training without putting pressure on the joints. (Please bring water, a towel and wear tennis shoes/sneakers to this class.)
